I just saw the documentation and demos of Webix and they are all amazing. but than i saw the license and i was wondering can i use it in my new application for free, actually it is collage management system, and For educational purposes so i thought, could it be used for that? I read about GPL v3 license and don’t really understand it very well, Help me out here??
Hi! You can use the Standard Edition, which has standard functionality, goes under Open source (GNU GPLv3) and can’t be distributed in not open source projects. If later you would like to make your application as a commercial one, you will have to provide the source code.
