You are only able to scroll vertically in datatable on Chrome on Android, if you are on the left side. As soon as you scroll x and y you will always jump to the top.
Maybe it’s a chrome related issue, because I can’t recall it happening before.

Could you please specify Webix version in use? From my side Datatable scroll works fine.

And it doesn’t seem to be version specific. I could reproduce the issue in 5.4 + 4.4 too
It does work fine, if you scroll perfectly vertically (no left/right movement)
