Weirdest Webix bug ever: repeated calls to DataTable save->update due to numberFormat over 1000

Guys, this has got the be the strangest bug I’ve ever seen in 4+ years of Webix.
I think this one takes the cake.

Yep, number formatting affects logic that detects values changes, which causes the unnecessary data saving calls.

Fix will be included in 6.1.4
