htmlform initial click focuses to first input

I’ve noticed for htmlforms that no matter which form elements the user clicks, the focus will always initially go to the first input element.

For example: after load, clicking inside the “Annotation” textarea, the focus will go to Book Title. The user needs to click again to start typing into the “Annotation”.

The behavior doesn’t seem to happen on webix generated forms. Not a big deal on smaller pages, but on longer pages that have scroll, the window will scroll to the top and the problem is more significant.

Unfortunately, this issue was not fixed in the recent release.
The fix is planned for the next release (in the end of April).
But if you have a support subscription and this issue is critical for you, please contact also the support@webix.com
