Responsive error if template as last row

If the last row is a template webix will throw an error if it’s resized from a small to a bigger size

  1. resize view until the view gets moved in a row
  2. resize to a bigger size (error will occur)

Thank you for reporting the issue, we will provide a fix for it in the next versions.

As a workaround, you can wrap UI in another layout and set it as “responsive” target: https://snippet.webix.com/bdz66dt8
