CSS priority

I try to set a toolbar icon to size 14. But it looks like that my webpage css in style tag is not the priority one. How I can avoid that Webix skins will always overwrite the css settings?
OR is there another way to set the icon size of an icon view inside a toolbar by another way expect css?
