why the chart bar series tooltip bar didn’t work properly with 6.2 GPL while pro version does, and it didn’t states the limitation of functionality in the documentation.

Yeap, we noticed the problem and it’s already fixed for PRO version. For GPL version the fix will be included in Webix 6.3 release.
