As far as I can see, the tree view (folder panel) can already be resized, but it does have a minimum possible width set to it, so it is not really possible to resize the component below the set width if you are looking to do so (unless you’d like to modify this behaviour). As for the preview panel, you can attach a resizer by modifying the overall layout in the top view of the Document Manager: Code Snippet.
