Hi,
When I played aorund the tooltip, I found strange behaviors.
It looks like tooltip template could be replaced by previous tip.
Please try this sample:

Steps to see it:
- move mouse slowly from button1 → textbox → button 2, wait for tooltip to show, and then slowly move from button2 → textbox → button1,
- Remark the second dynamic tooltip (new_tip), and repeat step 1 again
You can see dynamic tooltip1 template is overwritten by previous tip.
I tried 8.0, 7.0 and 6.0. Only 6.0 is working properly.
