3. Is the same multiCombo and MultiSelect from the point of license?

a) we don’t have a free license, but we have a GPL licensed package (while it is nearly the same as free, there are some diffrences)
b) You can use any components that are included in the GPL package. Which means, yes, you can use MultiCombo and MultiSelect widgets. ( the list of differences on licenses page is a bit outdated )
