I’am very interested in developing a website using Webix framework. But i have some doubts with commecial use to deploy my future app. I don’t want to make the code open source when i’ll deploy my app and like MIT license I want be sure to not paid license fees in case of profits.

If you are usign Webix under GPL v3 license, you need to share the source code. The alternative to it is usage of Webix commercial license, it doesn’t require open sourcing and gives you an access to Webix PRO.
Also, it is possible to use Webix in a MIT project due to FLOSS license exception
Still, it works only if you are providing source codes with your software, so it will not work in your case.
