just tried to download a skin from http://webix.com/skin-builder/, though it seems to be broken. Can’t download anything, loading bar stops at the end and nothing happens. Is it me or is it broken atm?

As far as I can see, the skin builder works smoothly. This problem occurs only on your device?
Downloading the basic skin without any changes made in the skin builder works for me too, but trying to download a customized skin (e.g. http://webix.com/skin-builder/14bbe835) does not work. Tried it in Firefox and Chrome, no change of results.
Works for me, tested now.

Sorry for the double post, but I don’t think, the issue is solved. In all the browsers I’ve installed (win10-chrome, edge, firefox), I cannot download i.e. the clouds skin. A different answer than reported in my other post is “Skin not found”.
