Please, can you tell me if PRO version of Webix provide other types of document/help? Maybe a linear doc with fully “theory of operation” aspects? More tutorials, samples?

The Docs and samples are she same in spite of the license type.
But pro-users can get the additional support, which gives a possibility to obtain the solution/fix ASAP. A number of such support tickets depend on the edition type.
