Bulk edit in datatable?

Hi,

is it possible to do a bulk edit in datatable?

I want to edit several lines with the same comment without to copy and paste the dataset and fill it manually into each cell.
Like in Excel, where you can drag a dataset and copy it automatically to a set of lines.

Clipboard already supports such behavior. Please check the following two modes:

http://docs.webix.com/datatable__copying.html#selectioncopying

You can combine one of these modes with the block/area selection. However, there’s no way to extend the selection pattern such way.

Ok, that’s not exactly what I’m looking for.
Would’nt it be possible to get the selected area and to paste a copied value to the whole selected area and not to only one cell?

The repeat mode was made exactly for such task.
