Can webix team add some extra functionality as part of client request in the component,if requested

Hello,

We are very much impressed by the efforts and ui widgets that are now coming in webix, we are really looking forward to purchase few developer licence for few of the clients, but before moving forward, I have some doubts or more a less, some question I wanted to ask you.

1.If as per the client request ,if we need some more functionality as part of the component, so can webix support team will help us, and can product team is going to add the feature in the component and can they will be able to provide the extra feature as part of patch means release to us.

2.If the first question answer is no, then fortunately we have to do some changes in the existing webix build, if we purchase the licence then can it will be possible, that we will do the change , and add that functionality in the existing code.

3.If you see the existing webix.js file, it looks quite complex (encrypt) and there is no document for it, so if we purchase the license, we will get the source code as well in a proper way so that it will be easy to extend the component functionality by manipulating the source code to achieve the functionality.

It depends on the functionality.
We are interested in usefull additions, so if you have suggestions, how the existing functionality can be improved - we will be glad to hear.
If you need to have some customization, that is specific for your use-case, we still can help you. It may be done as part of support subscription in case of minor customization or through development services ( http://webix.com/services )

You can modify the code in any necessary way.
Both commercial and GPL license allow it.

The package contains webix_debug.js, which is the same code as webix.js, but in not compressed, human readable state. For dev purposes we have a more granular code representation ( less based styling, dynamic js dependency, code testing and validation, etc.)

If it will be necessary - we can share this version of code

Also, the webix was architected in such way, that you can add new components or extend the exinsting ones without changing anything in the existing code webix.js. So it quite possible , that modification which you want will not require any changes in the webix.js.

Raj, can you explain to maksim what functionality you want ?
I hope by sending suggestion to webix, next version will be much better
