apostrophe issue with textbox

Hi Team,
I am getting some issue with ui.textbox while entering ’ in textbox.
It is changing this to apostrophe(’).
Similarly on your site under documentation tab search box if you type &#39 it is changing to '.
Any thought on this?

in this comment section also if u type &#39 it is changing to '. I have not entered ; after 39 otherwise it will change this also in '.
