How to collapse all other accordion elements except the currently expanded element

Hi,
I have accordion view with elements and the last element is the template.I want to collapse the other elements while expanding the template element.Can anyone please help me out this?

Accordion have a property multi:false, which allows to leave only one panel expanded at a time.
