I have a requirement where I need to move year by year in the calendar not by Month, can you please share the demo.
The challenge with the current Calendar is, if we wanted to select the date after 4 or 5 years, I need to move using Month.

You don’t need to go back through months to find the specific day.
If you click on the month in the header, you’ll get the list of the months. The same to the year: you’ll get the list of the decade.
But the calendar is hardly customizable and there’s no way to set the years or month as the initial view. If you need a separate year/day/month-picker, you can create your own control based on the richselect/combo:
