responsive only works with type: "space"

It seems the responsive layout only works if the source layout has type “space” - http://webix.com/snippet/4fd76338 vs http://webix.com/snippet/e06d38ec

Yep, there was an issue with layout reconstruction. responsive attribute didn’t work for line and clean layout types.

Fix will be available as part of the next build ( will be released on the next week )

I no longer see a difference, so this was probably fixed in 2.4.
