Scroll buttons (Up and Down) doesn't works in datatable on IE 11.

Hi,

If you open this snippet http://webix.com/snippet/52d639d0 with Internet Explorer (I test with version 11), and push buttons localizated at top and at bottom of scrollbar, to move scroll (srcoll Y and scroll X) the scroll bar doesn’t move. You must drag the bar, because buttons doesn’t work.

I can confirm the issue. We will try to fix it in the next build
