I want display string value (so without aggregation) in “measure” cell.
But no success, same with define a new function of agreggation without operation.
Have you an idea please ?

Assuming that you are talking about group functionality - there is a “any” grouping function, that can be used with string values. It takes string value from some row in the grouped batch
Sorry, but i don’t successful.
For example, in pivotTable, when i use sample “03_table_api” and i configure to display “Continent” on values and “year” on column, name of continent not display in value because all aggregation (sum, count, max, min) is for numeric values.
But if my values is a string and not a numeric values, how can i display my string same a value ?!

While grouping functionality itself has “any” functionality, there is no way to use it in Pivot currently. We will release the updated Pivot on Monday, and I think, we will be able to include this feature in oncoming update as well.
