toExcel function not found in 3.0.8 standard version

Hi,

On the page http://docs.webix.com/desktop__data_components_export.html it says “The described functionality is available both in Standard and Pro versions”.

However I searched webix_debug.js and webix.js of 3.0.8 standard version and cannot find toExcel() function.

Can you take a look of this issue?

It was mistake on our side, the next public release of Webix will contain the export functionality in both GPL and PRO editions.
