webix.env undocumented properties

comparing doc page and webix source I found a number of undocumented properties:

webix.env.mobile
webix.env.touch
webix.env.isOpera
webix.env.isIE8
webix.env.isAndroid

Can we rely on these? I remember webix.env.touch mentioned a number of times in several threads.
