Window view is getting hanged while scrolling

Hi ,I have window popup in my phonegap application with scrollable form inside,sometimes while scrolling the window popup is getting hanged.Can anyone please help me out this?

In the form I am having about 40 rows.As of now in the snippet I have kept empty form.
