adding pager pagination but no displaying...

Hi All:
The pager parameter has been added but not displaying into paging div. Also, I have no CSS paging elements set. What to do?

To be exact… the buttons (first, last, next, prev) and pages numbers are not been displayed.

I was able to make appear by hardcoding a width … thought webix css handled it… Thank you
