Datatable AfterRender is not triggered after grid.refresh() or grid.render() on IE11, WIN: 8

HI,

Looks IE11 has some issues like it does not trigger AfterRender calling grid.refresh() or grid.render().

It looks in snippet that works, I dont know if this has to do with the free version or my configuration. On the other hand in snippet I have written my configuration

GPL version also calls onAfterRender event. So, your code should work with GPL version as well as in our snippets (assuming that you do not use PRO features).
