Horizontal scrollbar exists and is scrollable with shiftkey and mousewheel when you hover over scrollbar, but when you move cursor into datatable then scrolling with shiftkey is not working anymore.
I’m not able to scroll in datatable with shiftkey and mousewheel in this snippet

I’m afraid we didn’t managed to reproduce the issue ( tested in Chrome browser, Windows, with Webix 11.1 and several below versions ) : Code Snippet - the table can be scrolled with shiftkey and mousewheel when hovering over the table contents.
Could you please specify your Webix version and environment (browser, OS and its versions, device type, etc.) where the issue is seen?
