I have a question regarding license, i am evaluating webix for below purpose

1- My Current Company Project
2- My Own Project - Open Source

in both scenarios can i use webix datatable for free ?
i want basic datatable with some basic features like column filter, column freeze etc.

Hello,

Please note that you are evaluating commercial Webix version. We do not provide full datatable functionality in open source Webix version. There are datatable functionalities that are available only in commercial version:

  • Advanced filters
  • Area selection
  • Colspan and rowspan
  • Frozen rows/columns
  • Grouped columns
  • Header menu
  • Subrows / Subviews
  • Vertical/ Rotate headers

So if you need column freeze you will need to buy the commercial version.
