Datepicker 24hour select bug

Hi.

Use Webix 8.4 GPL.

I’m trying to get input in 24 hour increments using a datepicker.
If i move the slider to 12:00, the time value in the text box is displayed as 00.
This is a phenomenon that does not appear in webix 9.0 or later versions.
But I have to use version 8.4.

Yes, this phenomenon, as you said, was reported as bug. As workaround, please, try to use this: Code Snippet
