I would like to know how it is possible(if you could show me in a snippet) to create a layout in the first column with the parent element that has the same rowspan as the number of his children nodes (something similar to multicolumn header )

There is no colspan, just create two lines with necessary number of cells in each one.
If you mean header of datatable - yep, it possible as well
