Just wanted to share my solution to some topics about dual yaxis on charts.
Although webix does not support such feature, it is possible to custom yaxis and values so it looks like dual yaxis, like that : https://snippet.webix.com/rr3wesdc
But I would love to see a more elegant solution in webix 8.xx or more
