Form send additional parameter to the server

Hello ,

Is there a way to send an additional parameter to the server while submiting the form ?

I have two parameters that are being send right now [ ‘log’ and ‘pass’ ] and it would be great to send a ‘login’ parameter , so that the server would recognise which form is being send.
