Forum search shows my results first

Whenever I search for something, Vanilla Forums shows my results first. This is a problem because I actually want to find forum posts that I didn’t participate in yet (those I participated in, I remember what they were about).

For example, if I search for carousel, there are far better discussions than my post about a broken carousel example, which is the #1 search result:

http://forum.webix.com/search?Search=carousel

This gets worse if I search for terms I used in my posts, because my posts take up all the search results: http://forum.webix.com/search?Search=datatable+styling

Also, the search box appears twice.

Search sorts results by date, so you see the latest comments first, that is quite useful in many cases.

We may migrate to Sphinx or Google based search in future.

I’ve asked this question in the Vanilla Forum community, and the recommendation was also to use the Sphinx integration.

Hope that can be done soon, because right now results are pretty bad:
