Fullscreen mode seems to have no effect when running on android/chrome.

fullScreen() adds viewport meta tag and handle device rotate.
OK - I thought I read somewhere in the docs that it hides the browser address bar and makes it look like a native app.
We will correct docs. Thank you for the remark.
