How to remove Id If clearing full name without clicking outside

Hello Team,

I have one text field,when the page loads I am setting Name and one of the hidden field I am setting corresponding Name Id. In attachevent of the text field If there is no name value I am removing Id. If suppose I am removing the full name without clicking outside how to remove the name id.
