How to retain a dynamic checkbox value after refreshed datatable

I have a editable datatable, Inside datatable each row I am building dynamic checbox, after selecting one checkbox if I refresh any row

Data is sending by default, you just need to save current state on the server-side. But make sure that your checkboxes are defined as any other data:
