Issue 13: Form - unknown purpose of Form properties "scrollSpeed" and "type".

Component Issues:
Component: Form - Unknown purpose of Form properties “scrollSpeed” and “type”.

What is purpose of properties:

scrollSpeed="1000ms" 

type="space" 

Any changes of these props did not change form behaviour.

I couldn’t find a clear definition in Form API documentation how these properties affect Form behaviour.

Can someone point to an updated documentaiton or explain the purpose?

• scrollSpeed - speed of scrolling animation, has sense only for touch devices

• type - defines the margins between elements ( form has the same API as layout )

  in case of form it has not much practical sense though
