pager_here is not disapplying below the footer...

Hi Everyone:
I am trying to get the pager to display before the footer of a datatable, but this pager displays to the right-top (as in 1).
1.

This pager displays above the header of the datatable (as in 2). 2.

How do I get it to display below the footer of a datatable?
