I would like to display pdf,jpg files on my web site when the user click on a link. Is PdfViewed suitable for this? Is it free for use?

PDFViewer can be used to show PDF files, for JPG you can use a template view ( with an IMG tag inside )
PDFViewer is part of Webix Pro, so you need to have a commercial version of Webix to use it.
