Scheduler compact mode changing time doesn't update record

Hello, I’m having an issue with the scheduler in compact mode not updating a record when the time is changed. In all other modes, the record updates automatically when the time in simply changed, before clicking the done button. Is there a way to get the compact mode to behave in the same manner, update a record on simple value change?

Please close this ticket, I was using a custom class that also re-defined the done and close operations of the edit event, and this was causing the time values to not save properly. Placed the custom time function to display AM and PM into an existing class that did not hinder the updating of the time.
