scrollview: event onAfterScroll is not fired

In the snipped example, you can see the onAfterScroll event is not fired. But I can not see what’s wrong with my code ?

It is a bug in the current version of Webix. OnAfterScroll does work only on touch devices. Will be fixed in the next update.

same effect I saw in case of dataTable, so I expect that it’s a general problem for all GUI elements.

I am using a list view and this method seems not to be fired when scrolling. I am using a pc web browser
