when i Type in a date century guessing is not optimal,
it always guesses 1900…
i.E. type in is 15-07-04 result will be 1915-07-04
any chance to configure that?

one more suggestion. when you completely leave the year blank, suggest the current year (or customizable). like this is did my hack.

Many thanks for your suggestion. It is good. However, there can be some issues. For example, if the format is “%Y-%m-%d” and the parsed value is “10-07” - should we consider 10 as a year or a month ? It seems that it would be better to use custom formatting for the case you described.
