I want to clarify that the behavior you’re experiencing is the default behavior of the Webix Spreadsheet when rows and columns are frozen which can affect how styles are applied and merged.
参照WPS，冻结行列的时候，合并行内容会被截取掉，一块冻结，不影响表样格式。这个是技术上无法解决的吗？
The behavior you’ve observed is a special characteristic of the spreadsheet by design and is not something that can be resolved through technical adjustments.
也就意味着只要冻结行或者列，类似如上的表格样式肯定会调整。
冻结单元格之后，样式发生变化；取消冻结，样式不会恢复原样，这是个问题。

Yes, as you correctly noted, in our Spreadsheet ( unlike in Excel ) after freezing a part of merged cells, the merged state ( and the styles ) will be applied only to the freezed columns, as in your screenshot . This is a limitation of the inner table used in Spreadsheet.
To return the state back, the user could press “Undo” button in the toolbar.
这个不太人性化，冻结行列是为了设计表样，如果撤销，则在冻结后改动的内容都会被撤销掉，那冻结行列其实是没有任何作用的。
