view resizer isn't the same between rows and cols

Hello , in this example : http://webix.com/snippet/5f4d7aad , I wish that resizer between rows be the same that resizer between cols (grey resizer between rows) , is it possible ?

The type will affect only the current layout, but not the nested levels. Please check the sample:
