For quick prototyping you can inlude Jet as a JS file (which is exactly done with Webix snippet tool):

<script src="//cdn.webix.com/libs/jet/webix-jet.js?latest"></script>

And use the syntax similar to the snippet’s: https://snippet.webix.com/jetmenu
