why google map sample does not work at local

i am a webix beginner, i am trying to use google map in webix, following online sample is ok, http://docs.webix.com/samples/32_thirdparty/09_google_map.html

but why it does not work at local after i downloaded related sample,
samples/32_thirdparty/09_google_map.html

Be sure that you are loading the sample through some kind of http server and not directly from file system.
